What is a Foof Chair made out of?
A: Foof Chairs

Q: How
do your prices compare to other retailers?
A: The manufacturer initiated what's
called a Minimum Retail Price Policy, stating that no retailer can sell
a Foof product for less than a certain amount. What is that
amount? Check our prices and see! Almost all of our Foof
products are sold at the absolute bare minimum price allowable by the
manufacturer, so you're getting the lowest price on the internet.
But if you find a lower price, or another retailer is offering
incentives, we're more than happy to pricematch or add that incentive to
your order.

Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A:
There is a one-year warranty
against rips and tears in the seam. If your cover comes apart, just
let us know and we'll replace it...free!

Q: How are the Foof Chairs shipped?
A:
They are shipped free via UPS
Ground from Grand Rapids, MI in a 21" x 21" x 24" box. The chairs are vacuum
compressed to reduce size for easier shipment. Shipping is free, but if you live in AK, HI, Canada, FPO/APO, or Internationally,
please email us for a shipping quote.

Q: How long does it take for
an order to ship?
A:
Most orders ship out in 10
business days (2 weeks). All orders are custom made and shipped by
the manufacturer. Foof Chairs cannot always be kept in stock due to
the wide variations in sizes, colors, fabrics, and choice of inner liner.
With hundreds of orders coming in every day, the manufacturer cannot keep
thousands of Foof Chairs in all colors, sizes, fabrics, and with or without
the inner liner. There just isn't enough room!
Some orders can be delayed longer than 10 business days due to fabrics
running out of stock at the plant, or adding embroidery to your order.
Q: How do I clean my Foof
Chair?
A:
All fabrics are
machine-washable and feature a double-zipper for added safety. If you
add an inner liner, which 95% of customers do, then you can remove the cover
and wash it. Otherwise, the foam is directly inside the cover and
therefore the cover cannot be removed.
Q: Is it safe to use my credit card at

Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A:
Most internet retailers charge
your card when the item is shipped. Since Foof Chairs are custom made,
your card is charged immediately
upon purchase. By the
time you get your statement, you still may not have your Foof Chair yet.
Please remember that it takes about 10 business days to make and ship
an order, plus delivery time.
Q: I want to use a
check, cash, money order, or purchase order to place my order. How do I do
this?
A:
Use the
mail-in order form or fax us at 260-572-3140.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A:
If the
product arrives and is defective (damaged from shipping, etc), we will have
a replacement cover sent out to you for free. If you want to return a
product for any reason other than it being defective, there is a 20%
restocking fee due to the high costs of shipping, and the manufacturer's
restocking fee it charges to its retailers. This means that if you are
unsatisfied with the product, you can return it, but only 80% of the
purchase price will be refunded. You also have to pay to have these
shipped back to the manufacturer, and you must do so yourself using any
courier you'd like. We can arrange for a UPS pickup.
All
chair dimensions are listed for each size. Please be sure that the
color and size selections are what you want. If you aren't sure if
it will fit, measure the floor space where you will put the chair and lay
down tape. Make
sure you allow for an extra couple inches on each side just to be sure.
